Synthesis of One Subclass of Information Measuring Systems According to the Principle of Dimensionality Reduction

Abstract

An analysis is made of the conditions for the optimization and synthesis of a special subclass of information measuring systems using a criterion for achieving the maximum carrying capacity. A general algorithm is proposed which makes it possible to synthesize information systems with signal decay for various criteria.
