Production, purification and immobilization of glucose isomerase from Streptomyces olivochromogenes PTCC 1547

Abstract

Production of glucose isomerase from Streptomyces olivochromogenes PTCC 1457 was followed by its purification and immobilization. Different immobilization methods including the use of a hydrophobic support were investigated.
