Biochemical synthesis of chirally pure Rp oligonucleotide phosphorothioates

Abstract

Oligonucleotide phosphorothioates have been synthesized using procaryotic DNA polymerase and oligonucleotide template/primer. The method facilitates the recovery of DNA polymerase and template/primer and is successful at the milligram scale.
