Thermal Conductivity and Specific Heat of TlAsSe2Glass

  • Published:
Inorganic Materials Aims and scope

Abstract

The thermal conductivity and heat capacity of glassy TlAsSe2were measured from 298 to 450 K. The results were interpreted in terms of the known models for the thermal properties of solid insulators. The glass-transition temperature of TlAsSe2was determined.
