From Projection Formalism to a Simple Model of Non-Exponential Spectrally Resolved Time-Dependent Luminescence

Abstract

A previously known model is extended in more detail by including its interaction with a bath parametrized by up to three phenomenological parameters. The model is known to yield exponential luminescence. We report that within the model, non-exponential time- as well as frequency-resolved luminescence appears. The origin and the form of the signal is discussed.
