Abstract
Using the microscopic theory of nonstationary superconductivity we derive the semi-classical Boltzmann equation suitable for quasiparticles with energies above the gap edge in the mixed state of a clean type II superconductor. We demonstrate that the concept of semi-classical particles can be successfully used for studying the vortex dynamics in clean superconductors and Fermi superfluids.
