Abstract
The dynamics of mining operations in open working of steeply pitching deposits is analyzed on the basis of energy parameters. A method is proposed for controlling the development of the next winning in turn governed by mining-geological and mining-technical conditions. Different sections of the open-pit field may be defined, and the sequence of preparation and mining of the mineral reserves providing a stable regime of operation of technical base in the open pit may be established.
