Classification of Soils without Stiff Structural Bonds by Their Strength Characteristics

Abstract

A new classificatory index is introduced for consideration in the formulation of special classifications of soils without stiff structural bonds. The proposed approach is illustrated by an example of sandy and silty-clayey soils.
