Atomic Energy Aims and scope

Abstract

The energy dependence of the total number of secondary neutrons v 239Pu is analyzed. The results of variations of different national libraries are compared: ENDF/B-5, ENDF/B-6.5, JEF-2.2, JENDL-3.2, CENDL-2, and BROND-2. It is concluded that the required accuracy has not been attained for the entire energy range.
