International Applied Mechanics Aims and scope

Abstract

A consideration is given to the method and results of an experimental study into the stress state of a structure consisting of two stiffened cylindrical shells and a framework subjected to longitudinal and transverse forces. The experimental and theoretical results are compared. Recommendations for designing such structures are given.
