Diagnostics of Integrated Operational Amplifiers Mounted on Circuit Boards

Abstract

Methods of estimating the soundness of operational amplifier microcircuits mounted on the circuit boards of radioelectronic apparatus are described. It is shown that it is possible to measure the gain independently of the components connected on the board with the amplifier.
