Abstract
Data are presented on the preparation and properties of a capacitor ceramic based on barium titanate and a resonator ceramic based on barium neodymium titanate, both containing glassy sintering aids, which reduce the sintering temperature by 200–250°C, enhance the density, and decrease the porosity of the materials, with no adverse effect on their electrical properties.
