Improved Design of Differential Precision Vibrating-Wire Absolute Pressure Transducer

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

The symmetric design of a power transmitting transducer system ensures high thermal stability and shock and vibration resistance. By applying a special sleeve and regulating element it is possible to substantially simplify the technology involved in the production of tension in the wires and linearization of the characteristics of the transducer. The error of the transducer is significantly reduced.
