Abstract
Ryazan' Oil Refinery Open Joint-Stock Company is located in the southeastern industrial region of Ryazan' a short distance from the residential district. Construction and chemical industry enterprises are located in the same region, which imposes special requirements for maintaining safe environmental conditions. Inventory of sources of emissions of pollutants, instituting environmental protection measures, and constant monitoring of emissions and discharges are one direction of the refinery's work in environmental protection.
