Refinement of the Structure of Nickel Monosilicide Crystals

Abstract

Detailed x-ray diffraction data were used to refine the crystal structure of NiSi. The crystal chemistry and structural basis of NiSi were analyzed. The thermal parameters were correlated with the earlier reported thermal expansion data.
