Structure, Density, and Microhardness of Co1 – xNixTe (0 < x < 1) Solid Solutions

Abstract

Co1 – x Ni x Te (0 < x < 1) solid solutions with the NiAs structure were prepared. The formation of a continuous series of solid solutions was confirmed by density and microhardness measurements.
