Abstract
Polysubstituted diphenylamines were synthesized by dehydration of cyclohexadienylarylamines or dehydration-dehydrogenation of hydroxycyclohexenylarylamines. Sulfur and a mixture of copper and lithium chlorides in the presence of copper oxide were used as aromatizing agents.
