Abstract
Gas-phase equilibria involving beryllium, calcium, strontium, and barium titanates were studied by high-temperature mass spectrometry. Standard enthalpies of formation and atomization were determined for BeTiO3, CaTiO3, SrTiO3, and BaTiO3 molecules.
