Termochemistry of Glycerol Trinitrate and Diethyleneglycol Dinitrate in Solutions

Abstract

Dissolution enthalpy of liquid glycerol trinitrate, diethyleneglycol dinitrate for comparison inseveral organic solvents, enthalpies of their interaction with arsenicum trichloride and titanium tetrachloridein dichloroethane, calculated interaction enthalpies of glycerol trinitrate with cellulose dinitrate in a wide concentration range at 298 K. Excess enthalpy value for glass-like state of cellulose nitrate relatively to those for high-elastic state and interaction enthalpy of interaction of glycerol trinitrate with high-elastic cellulose are estimated.
