Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

A modified method for spectrometric analysis of neutrons in low-intensity neutron fields that makes use of nuclear physical devices, radionuclide sources of neutrons, and Bonner spheres is presented. The method is used in measurement of the neutron spectrum at a distance of 0.7–10 m from the center of the active zone of a BR-1 fast reactor.
