Effect of Load and Temperature Variability on the Bearing Capacity of Frozen Beds

Abstract

A procedure is presented for determination of working-condition factors during temperature variations and variable loads for their inclusion in the Construction Rules and Regulations, and use during analysis of frozen beds.
