Abstract
The process was studied in which heterocontact microcrystals based on silver bromide are obtained in bulk crystallization. The influence exerted by parameters of the crystallization process on the epitaxial growth was revealed. The conditions were determined for obtaining the AgBr/AgCl and AgBr/AgSCN epitaxial systems with the use of substrate-type tabular AgBr microcrystals (T-crystals of AgBr).
