Abstract
A dimensionless parameter characterizing the structure of linen-weave silk mesh was established. An empirical relation was defined for calculating the air permeability of linen-weave silk mesh; the error of the relation does not exceed 7%. The air permeability of the mesh decreases with an increase and increases with a decrease in the dimensionless parameter.
