Abstract
The results of investigations of the rheological modality of flow are presented. They enable one to solve a number of modes of actual flow of the uncompleted Prandtl boundary-layer theory, such as sliding, turbulent viscosity, mixing path length etc., which ultimately determine the structural basis of the algorithm for measuring flow by the flow-compression method.
