Abstract
Applicability of Paykert's equation, which relates the battery capacity to the discharge current, to prototypes of LiAl/C8CrO3 lithium batteries with an organic electrolyte (1 M LiClO4 in a 1 : 1 mixture of propylene carbonate and dimethoxyethane) was examined. Pressed and rolled samples with and without modification of the C8CrO3 electrode with manganese dioxide were tested in the 0-50°C range.
