Determination of the Size of a Sampling Inspection to Satisfy Specified Requirements on Estimators of Probabilistic Indicators

Abstract

Expressions are obtained for determining the necessary size of a sampling inspection in the use of point estimators of the likelihood maximum, average risk minimum, and Leman criterion. Recommendations for their application are given.
