Criterion for Checking a Hypothesis Concerning the Superposition Nature of Errors of a Digital–Analog Converter

Abstract

It is proposed to use the Fisher criterion in order to check a hypothesis concerning the superposition nature of errors of digital–analog converters. Methods are given for checking the nature of digital–analog converter errors, based on both direct and differential measurements.
