Probabilities of Optical Transitions with Participation of the Deep Center of the VGaSAs Complex

Abstract

We suggest an algorithm for calculating the spectra of the section for photoionization of carriers at deep centers in electric fields which rests on the form–function of an optical transition. An experiment and calculations have been carried out for the VGaSAs complex in gallium arsenide. The proposed model is compared with the theoretical works based on the one–coordinate approximation. A conclusion is drawn on the applicability of the one–coordinate model to description of the field dependence of the section for electron photoionization at the center of VGaSAs.
