Abstract
New methods of computer modeling and analysis of thermally stimulated depolarization currents in dielectrics are theoretically substantiated and their practical application is described. Particular examples of data processing are given and their advantages over the existing data processing techniques are demonstrated. The procedure of computer modeling and analysis of thermally stimulated depolarization currents is recommended to experimenters for wide application.
