  • Published:
Glass and Ceramics Aims and scope Submit manuscript

Abstract

The possible stages of interaction between glass and film-forming solutions are considered. The effect of the amounts of acid and water in solution of the destruction of glass is demonstrated. An analysis of the relationship between the quantities of Na2O and SiO2 and the transition-layer width is provided.
