Russian Physics Journal Aims and scope

Abstract

The solution of the electrodiffusion equations together with the Poisson equation is examined. It is demonstrated that in the main approximation in a small parameter, the solution is reduced to that of two first-order differential equations. The obtained equations allow the transition processes in systems of charged particles to be examined for an arbitrary time dependence of the external potential.
