Abstract

A promising approach to the synthesis of phosphamide lipid constructions of cationic type on the basis of cyclophosphites and -amidophosphites is considered. The latter easily undergo oxidative decyclization under the action ofchlorine or bromine. The resulting halophosphates and amidohalophosphates take part in various reactions finally leading to models of cationic phosphatidyl cholines which are among priority objects of modern phospholipid chemistry.
