Abstract
The conceptual and methodological principles, as well as some results of the comprehensive substantiation of a technical approach at early stages of design of power-propellant systems (PPS), are presented. By the PPS of a spacecraft is meant a set of devices for production, transformation, and distribution of energy onboard orbital vehicles. The element-stream matrix is suggested to be used as a rational form of representing the PPS structure.
