Atomic Energy Aims and scope

Abstract

Experimental data are presented on the rates of nuclear reactions of threshold activation detectors consisting of rhodium, indium, phosphorus, sulfur, aluminum, carbon, niobium, and bismuth. The detectors were placed on the cylindrical surface of total-absorption targets: tungsten, uranium, and chloride with molar salt ratio 70% NaCl and 30% PbCl2. The targets were irradiated with protons with energy ranging from 0.8 to 1.21 GeV. 1 figure, 4 tables, 11 references.
