Development of Technology for Manufacturing a Refractory Material Decelerating the Blockage of the Metal Duct Channel

  • Published:
Refractories and Industrial Ceramics Aims and scope

Abstract

Results of the development of an oxide material that hampers the process of blockage of the channel of the metal duct with alumina inclusions are presented. A variant of the mechanism of the process is described. Data on commercial realization of the process are given. The processes that occur on the filters and in the channel of the metal duct during the deposition of layers of metallic inclusions are shown to be similar.
