Abstract
The state of research on circuit techniques for topologically modulated signals is analyzed, and a new approach to modeling quantum-logic circuits based on the use of analogies between quantum mechanics and the physics of electromagnetic modes is proposed. It is shown that it is necessary to use topologically modulated signals as digital-data carriers and objects capable of realising the quantum superposition effect as a new logical state.
