Monitor Identification and Metrological Support in the ACRE System

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

Monitor identification is considered in the form of working means of measurement used in apparatus for controlling the radiation environment ACRE. A list is given of types of monitor registered in the Russian Federation State Register of Means of Measurement as a consequence of tests performed at the Mendeleev All-Russia Metrology Research Institute. It is shown that the standards used in the USA and Russia to regulate testing and using monitors are in agreement.
