Abstract
An analysis is made of the current state of the problem of determining the permittivity of electrically conducting ferromagnetic materials. Expressions are obtained for the quasistatic and dynamic magnetic permeabilities of ferromagnetic rods with coils having arbitrary lengths and space factors.
