Excitation of Single-Frequency Vibrations of a Mechanical Resonator

  • Published:
Measurement Techniques Aims and scope

Abstract

A new method is proposed for exciting vibrations that makes it possible to create a single-frequency oscillation regime. The article examines the physical and mathematical principles governing excitation conditions and the distribution of single-frequency oscillations in semiconducting sensitive elements of microsensors that measure mechanical quantities.
