Formation of Frazil Ice and Ice Jams on the Rivers of the Yenisei River Basin

Abstract

The effect of different factors on the duration of spring ice jams and the flood water level in the Siberian rivers is considered. Observational data on the frequency of ice jams of different probabilities within some reaches of the Yenisei River are presented.
