Incidental presentation of leiomyoma of bladder with carincoma of the prostate

Abstract

We report a case of bladder leiomyoma found incidentally in a 66-year-oldman during his work up for an adenocarcinoma of the prostate. TransrectalMRI scan appeared to be highly demonstrative of its localization and extentwithin the bladder wall. It was resected transurethrally.
