Abstract
Nuclei were magnetically separated from root extracts of Pisum sativum L. by means of a MiniMACS separation unit after indirect labelling with the antibody mAb414 (raised against rat liver nucleoporin p62) and a secondary anti-mouse antibody labelled with superparamagnetic MACS Microbeads.
