Electrodeposition of Chromium-Cobalt Alloy Coatings from Sulfate Electrolytes

Abstract

The influence of electrolysis conditions on the kinetics of formation of the chromium-cobalt alloyin acid sulfate electrolytes containing monoethanolamine was studied along with the composition, currentefficiency, and physicochemical characteristics of the coatings.
