Abstract
The behavior of vitamins E and D3 was studied under the conditions of reversed-phase high-performance liquid chromatography with the use of unmodified and modified mobile phases. Acetonitrile modified with chlorophyll (a + b) (Chl) and tetraphenylporfyrin (H2TPP) was selected for the indirect spectrophotometric detection of vitamins. It was demonstrated that detection limits are 2.3 μg (8.33 × 10–6 M H2TPP, λ= 404 nm) and 3.5 ng (8.6 × 10–6 M Chl, λ = 430 nm) for vitamin E and 0.12 μg (3.0 × 10–7 M H2TPP, λ = 420 nm) for vitamin D3 . Pharmaceutical preparations containing vitamins E and D3 were analyzed.
