Abstract

The existence of an opportunity for research on the spatial‐time correlation of magnetic fields is demonstrated. A summation method for the time correlation function of μSR signals containing information about fluctuations of the muon polarization is proposed for use with an experimental installation in which the muon decay point is recorded. A description of the S.PNIP μSR2 installation, formerly used in experiments related to the search for rare muon decays, is also given.
