Directed Regulation of Biological Activity of Multicomponent Polymeric Structures

Abstract

Biological activity of multicomponent polymeric films based on polyvinyl alcohol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, and lactic acid, containing trypsin and kanamycin, is studied. The degrees of degradation and biodegradation of multicomponent film coatings can be controlled by introduction of polyvinylpyrrolidone or lactic acid and also by variation in their electroforming parameters.
