Article

Abstract

The determination of ascorbic acid by spectrophotometry, chemiluminescence and fluorescence techniques, sorption–spectroscopy, and visual-test methods is considered. Data on the reagents in use, analytical ranges, detection limits, and interfering substances are presented. Special attention is focused on solid-phase reagents for the spectroscopic and rapid visual-test determination of ascorbic acid in various samples. The bibliography includes 65 references.
