Lutte Contre Aphis Gossypii Glover (Homoptera: Aphididae) sur Concombre sous Serre par Coccinella Septempunctata Linnaeus (Coleoptera: Coccinellidae)

Résumé

Dans cette étude, Coccinella septempunctata a montré son efficacité à limiter les populations d’Aphis gossypii sur le concombre sous serre. Son degré d’efficacité est fonction du rapport prédateurs/ proies et de la densité initiale de pucerons lors des lâchers du prédateur. L’étude a montré aussi que la densité de proies a une grande influence sur la fécondité et la sédentarisation de cette coccinelle sous serre.

Abstract

In this study, Coccinella septempunctata was efficient in controlling Aphis gossypii populations on cucumber in the greenhouse. This efficiency was a function of the predator/prey ratio and the initial aphid density at the time of release of the predator. Prey density had a large influence on the fecundity and establishment of this coccinellid in the greenhouse.
