Chest pain without electrocardiogram changes in patient with known coronary artery disease

Beginning with this issue, a new feature, Nuclear Cardiology Bullets, is introduced. The intent is to publish interesting images in nuclear cardiology along with pertinent clinical information and associated non-nuclear data (e.g., electrocardiogram, coronary angiography) that captures the impact nuclear cardiology results can have in patient care. Images that illustrate an important teaching point are also invited.
