Zusammenfassung
Ein 9-jähriges Mädchen mit Kopfschmerzen und der Vorerkrankung einer Kuhmilchintoleranz wird mit einer triggerarmen Ernährung behandelt. Darunter bessern sich sowohl die Kopfschmerzen als auch eine einfach-fokale zerebrale Anfallsaktivität sowie eine herdförmige elektrische Übererregung im EEG.
Abstract
A 9 years old girl with a history of cow milk intolerance suffering from headache improved by a trigger restricted diet. The course of nutritional management resulted in relief of the headache and even normalization of a focal convulsive and hypersynchronic activity (EEG).
